A Saudi man in his 50s has entered into marriages with a school principal, a teacher, a student from the same high school, and a supervisor from a different institution.

"This is quite an unusual and distinctive situation," remarked a teacher from the same school as three of the four wives in an interview with the Saudi Arabic daily Okaz. "We frequently discuss it, and both teachers and students find the humorous side of it," she noted.

She further mentioned that the principal does not exploit her leadership role in her interactions with the other two wives, who are her subordinates, nor with the supervisor during her inspection visits at the school located in Jizan, in southwestern Saudi Arabia.

"The principal interacts with the teacher and the student just as she does with all other staff and students," she stated.

Online reactions have criticized the multiple marriages, highlighting the social implications of the significant age difference.

"Can he handle the mental, physical, and financial demands of raising children, or will he simply neglect them?" questioned a commenter named Zeezo.

Another suggestion was for him to establish a new school, while one commentator proposed that he should take on a role within the school.
