1. Zelensky has reported that a Russian ballistic missile struck a residential area in Kryvyi Rih, resulting in the deaths of 10 children and 9 adults, with over 60 individuals injured, including an additional 12 children.

As rescue teams worked to save lives, Russia conducted another drone attack on the same city, leading to one fatality and seven injuries. Zelensky expressed gratitude to allies for their support but criticized the U.S. Embassy for its "disappointingly weak" statement that did not specifically mention Russia. He is advocating for increased sanctions, additional Patriot missile systems, and global resolve, stating, "To stop the killing, we must not be afraid to name the killer."

In a separate development, Russia has accused Ukraine of launching 14 strikes on energy infrastructure within a 24-hour period, despite a U.S.-brokered ceasefire agreement established last month. The reported targets included significant areas such as Bryansk, Belgorod, and Smolensk, as well as Russian-occupied regions of Luhansk and Kherson. Moscow claims that Kyiv is intensifying its drone and artillery assaults. Although Ukraine has not officially responded, it previously announced a cessation of energy strikes on March 18. The U.S. ceasefire agreement, part of Trump's diplomatic efforts, now appears to be at risk. Additionally, a Ukrainian drone reportedly targeted a fiber optics facility in Mordovia.
