An exceptionally ambitious development proposal has the potential to reshape the skyline of the City of Vaughan through the erection of 17 new mixed-use residential towers, with heights varying from 43 to 74 storeys, resulting in over 10,000 new residential units.

The plans, developed by Toromont Industries Ltd., encompass four mixed-use development blocks, four public parkland areas, as well as the extension of two existing roads and the creation of two new ones. In total, the project would feature towers of 74, 69, 63, 63, 61, 59, 59, 58, 56, 55, 54, 54, 53, 53, 51, 45, and 43 storeys.
