SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) - The Storm Prediction Center has announced a Tornado Watch for a large area of the Ozarks, effective Wednesday morning.

This watch will remain in effect until noon and includes the following counties:

- Barton
- Camden
- Cedar
- Christian
- Dade
- Dallas
- Greene
- Henry
- Hickory
- Jasper
- Laclede
- Lawrence
- McDonald
- Miller
- Newton
- Polk
- St. Clair
- Stone
- Taney
- Vernon
- Webster
