What is Mark Zuckerberg doing now?

What is Mark Zuckerberg  doing now?
He hasn't been the same since his  program failed, leading him to praise President  Trump.
He's now hiring Republicans and  giving them  key roles at Meta. Does Zuck finally want to bring free speech to Facebook and  Instagram?
The fact that they hired Dana White, Joel Kaplan, Francis Brennan, Kevin  Martin and  fired them all in the same week is very telling.  This cannot be a coincidence.
