Canada A driver who failed to halt at the British Columbia border crossing is arrested by Surrey Police.
Surrey Police said the Canada Border Services Agency  spotted a white  van crossing the border around 8:45 a.m. local  time.
The daily email you need for  the biggest news  in British Columbia. Surrey Police said the truck was  seen on King George Boulevard a short time  later, "driving erratically" and  swerving into oncoming  traffic.
The police  department said the driver, who was  the only one behind the wheel, was  arrested and unspecified vehicles were  damaged, but no one was  injured.

Surrey police said the investigation is ongoing and  have not named the  driver. Police said anyone with information or video footage should contact Surrey Police Service or Crime Stoppers.
