Chief Isaac Ojo Ajanaku (November 27, 1912 - April 27, 1982)

He was a prominent cocoa produce merchant and transporter from Ilesha. He was one of the most successful individuals in these ventures immediately after World War II and leading up to and after Nigeria's independence. In 1959, agriculture accounted for 50% of the national income and 85% of the total domestic export of Nigeria. The Cocoa House in Ibadan, built in 1965, was the tallest building in tropical Africa and was funded by proceeds from commodities such as cocoa, rubber, and timber in the then Western State of Nigeria.Not a valid attachment ID.

Along with a few other Ijesha businesspersons such as Lawrence Omole and friends like Chief T.A. Oni, Isaac Ojo Ajanaku funded the establishment of International Breweries in 1978. He was also well known for his philanthropy.
