John also  spoke of his  "wild temper," saying he can snap "if I'm tired, exhausted,  overwhelmed." His temper was explored in a 1997 documentary  called Tantrums and Tiaras. In September, he  revealed on Instagram that his vision  was affected in his right eye after  contracting an  infection.
