SHANTY TOWN FIRE DESTROYS 1,000 HOMES IN MANILA, THE PHILIPINNES

One thousand homes are destroyed by a Shanty Town fire in Manila, Philippines. Over 3,000 people have been displaced and 1,000 homes have been destroyed by a massive fire in Manila's port region.
