"Starship is capable of building a city on Mars and a city on the moon. That's what it's designed to do. But we're being massively slowed down by regulatory molasses.

I'll tell you a crazy thing. We got fined $140,000 by the FAA for dumping fresh water on the ground. Drinking water. It's crazy. It's obviously an example of just how crazy it is.

We're using water to cool the launch pad during launch. In an excess of caution, we actually brought in drinking water, super clean water. And the FAA said no, you have to pay a $140,000 fine.

And we're like, Starbase is in a tropical thunderstorm area, sky water falls all the time. And then they said if we don't pay the fine, they're not going to process any of our future applications.

This is the kind of crazy stuff we're dealing with."

Mars is a key target for scientific research to understand planetary formation, climate, and the potential for life beyond Earth. Where high contagious chemical and radioactive wastes from the earth are circular and accumulate. And damage the topography of the earth

Which injurious to human health.

physiological changes, including muscle and bone loss, cardiovascular deconditioning, and potential immune system changes, similar to those experienced in microgravity on long-duration space missions.
But sickness and confusion aren't the only risks. Living in zero gravity means the body's muscles have very little work to do, making them weaken and deteriorate over time. It causes loss in fitness as the heart and lungs can't pump oxygen around the body as well
