P. Smith: I attended the Calgary Chamber of Commerce U.S. Relations Luncheon

I attended the Calgary Chamber of Commerce U.S. Relations Luncheon yesterday, where I engaged in a significant dialogue with CEO Deb Yedlin regarding the effects of U.S. tariffs and the necessary steps Canada must take to tap into new markets, eliminate interprovincial trade obstacles, create energy and economic corridors, and invest in infrastructure for national development. Accompanying me were Gary Mar, CEO of the Canada West Foundation, Shaun Stevenson, CEO of the Port of Prince Rupert, and Ed Rihn, CEO of Berkshire Hathaway Canada.
