Transporting women from Saskatchewan who are facing a cancer diagnosis to Calgary, located 750 kilometres away, for a mammogram is not what Health Minister Jeremy Cockrill of the Saskatchewan Party describes as "efficient."

This situation is deeply troubling and represents a significant governmental failure.
