The EFCC has released the names and photographs of Nigerians wanted in connection with the CBEX scam, which is estimated to have defrauded thousands of investors of billions of naira. The anti-graft agency, in a statement issued on Tuesday, warned that the suspects are considered fugitives and should be apprehended if seen.

The list includes individuals from various parts of the country, with the majority hailing from Lagos and Abuja. Among those declared wanted are CEOs of several companies, as well as high-ranking officials in the financial sector.

According to the EFCC, the suspects allegedly used fake investment schemes to lure unsuspecting victims into parting with their hard-earned money. The agency further stated that the suspects had gone underground, hence the need to enlist the support of the general public in tracking them down.

The EFCC has urged anyone with information leading to the arrest of the suspects to contact the nearest EFCC office or call the agency's hotline. The agency has also assured that all information received would be treated with utmost confidentiality.

The release of the names and photographs is part of the EFCC's efforts to stem the tide of fraudulent activities in the country. The agency has vowed to leave no stone unturned in its quest to bring perpetrators of economic crimes to justice.

The full list of wanted suspects can be accessed on the EFCC's website, and the agency has encouraged members of the public to share the information on social media to ensure that the suspects are brought to book.
