In response to a heckler who accused Israel of committing "genocide," Canada's Prime Minister Mark Carney stated, "I'm aware, that's why we have an arms embargo."
Netanyahu countered by asserting, "Canada has consistently aligned itself with civilization. Mr. Carney should do the same. Instead of supporting Israel—a democracy engaged in a just conflict using legitimate means against the barbarism of Hamas—he chooses to criticize the sole Jewish state."
