It was gratifying to witness the coverage of Super Train from The Olympic Oval during the 11 PM Global Calgary News on Sunday evening. Having spent decades ice skating there from July 1, 1987, until Family Day 2020, I was well aware of the vastness of this venue. Therefore, I was delighted to learn that the event was relocated from the Genesis Centre. The large crowds and numerous impressive displays I observed on Saturday afternoon indicated that the event was a remarkable success.
