These are the Trump Garden apartments located in the Beltline district. Constructed in the 1930s, the building was initially referred to as the Garden Apartments.
By the late 1990s, at least three buildings in Calgary had adopted the Trump name. During the 1980s and 1990s, DJT and his fluctuating real estate ventures were frequently in the headlines, suggesting that the name change may have been a form of homage from the owners.

The other two properties included Trump Place in lower Mount Royal and Trump Manor in Kensington. Approximately seven years ago, the Kensington building removed Trump from its name; however, to my knowledge, the other two locations have not yet followed suit.
