Adimabua Chukwuka, a 31-year-old from Toronto, is alleged to have fatally assaulted a 60-year-old homeless man with a piece of debris during an unprovoked attack on the University of Toronto campus on March 20.

Throughout the years, law enforcement has linked Chukwuka to numerous violent crimes.

His criminal history dates back to 2014 and includes charges for robbery, attempted murder, two counts of possession of a weapon dangerous to the public, assault with a weapon, robbery with a weapon, possession of property obtained through crime, and four counts of failing to comply with a probation order, which involved two incidents occurring just a day apart.

He was also accused of stabbing a man in the chest. The current status of the charges against Chukwuka remains unclear.
