🚨ELON:  US ENGINEERING TALENT SHORTAGE WORSE THAN  PREDICT
Elon challenges current projections,  saying the US needs twice as many skilled engineers immediately to  address innovation bottlenecks.
While reports suggest  that 160,000 engineers will be needed by 2032 in the semiconductor industry alone, Elon emphasizes  that the urgency is now, not 8 years from now.
The US  is lagging behind in producing  highly skilled and highly motivated  engineers, a limitation Elon likens to a sports team  that can't recruit championship players.
Without  an immediate focus on expanding STEM pipelines,  reforming high-skill immigration, and  retraining the workforce, the US risks losing its edge in AI, semiconductors, and beyond.
The call to action is clear: America must invest in talent today to secure its future tomorrow.
